Our
Local Chapter

Business Professionals of America has been in existence at Kaufer High School for seven years.  During this time, we have focused on incorporating leadership, technological, and academic skills to better prepare our students for the jobs of tomorrow.  Through co-curricular programs and services, members of BPA compete in demonstrations of their business technology skills, develop their professional and leadership skills, and get involved in the betterment of their community through service projects.

Activities

Business Professionals of America members have planned a busy agenda this year.  Among the various activities include community service and fundraisers. This year, BPA members have raised funds by sponsoring concession stands for football, volleyball, and basketball games. Monies will be used to support local chapter activities. Community service projects include visitations to a nursing home, Children’s Day, and Adopt An Angel.

Mission Statement

The mission of BPA is to contribute to the preparation of a world-class workforce through the advancement of leadership, citizenship, academic, and technological skills.  The vision is to be a cohesive agent in the worldwide networking of education, business, and industry.  BPA will be the leading student organization in preparing a world class workforce.  It will set a standard of excellence for vocational student organizations.
